Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, psychology, social sciences, behavioral sciences or closely related field.
• Four years of full-time professional experience in mental health, health services, or social services, with at least two years in a supervisory or management role.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and supervises staff delivering behavioral health and compliance programs.
• Oversees contract providers and coordinates regulatory reviews and audits.
• Develops department goals and policies and communicates them to staff and stakeholders.
• Prepares budgets, reports, and statistical information for management and oversight.
• Represents the department in public forums and with partner agencies.
