Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and supervise staff delivering behavioral health and compliance programs.
• Develop department goals, objectives, and policies; interpret rules for staff and public.
• Coordinate reviews and audits; chair or participate in committees.
• Prepare budget information and represent the department publicly.
• Provide consultation on complex program matters and supervise staff evaluations.
• Travel locally and statewide as needed for meetings and events.
