Job summary

BayCare, based in the Tampa Bay area, seeks a Supervisor Behavioral Health Program - Licensed to oversee daily admin and clinical operations within assigned behavioral health services. The role requires licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) and a Master’s degree in a related field, with at least 4 years in behavioral health and 2 years in supervision.

The position is full-time, exempt, with standard weekday hours (Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and service delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily administration and clinical operation of behavioral health services in assigned programs.
• Understands delivery service system per regulations and regional policies.
• Demonstrates mastery in Quality Leadership.
• Acts as Treating Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; On Call: No.
