Job summary

Qualifications

• JD degree with active California bar license.
• Minimum three years of post-licensure or post-graduation experience in utilization review, quality improvement, or related hospital/healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and enforcement of ethics, compliance and privacy programs.
• Oversee system-wide compliance audits and investigations.
• Develop policies and procedures for privacy protection and compliance standards.
• Coordinate with Privacy Oversight Committee and legal counsel.
• Provide executive leadership and training on regulatory compliance issues.
• Report findings and recommended actions to Behavioral Health Director and committees.
• Promote awareness of standards of conduct and compliance strategies across the organization.
