Job summary

VNS Health in New York is seeking a Supervisory and Administrative Leader for the Behavioral Health Services (BHS) program. You will supervise clinical staff, oversee case assignments, and coordinate with leadership to ensure policy alignment and program quality.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, EMR record maintenance, data reporting to funders, and contributing to continuous quality improvement. The role requires collaboration with community partners and options for on-call coverage

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of supervisory and administrative experience with demonstrated competency in program management, budget management, and community relations.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to staff, assign and evaluate cases, and conduct regular team meetings.
• Manage triage, referrals, liaison activities, and staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage.
• Collaborate with program leadership to develop and update policies and procedures; prepare manuals; implement changes.
