Job summary

ABA Pathways LLC is seeking a compassionate BCBA to deliver person-centered autism services and lead clinical initiatives. The role emphasizes collaboration with families, educators, and a clinical team in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

The candidate will conduct FBAs, develop intervention plans, and provide ongoing training and coaching to families. A Michigan license and BCBA certification are required, with at least two years of ABA experience and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Sociology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Must reside in Michigan and be licensed to practice there.
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA experience.
• Demonstrated leadership to mentor and support clinical team members.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently with high clinical standards.
• Proficiency with technology and remote work environment.
• Current TB clearance and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop individualized, evidence-based behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain a consistent and reliable schedule with assigned clients.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed.
• Deliver training, coaching, and support to families and clinical team members.
• Monitor treatment fidelity and ensure programs meet organizational standards.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and interdisciplinary professionals to support client outcomes.
• Assist in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Foster positive relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources.
