Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting the growth of our teams.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure or BCaBA certification (or higher) is required.
• Bachelor's degree with twelve ABA units and one year supervising ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure policy/regulatory compliance.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation (E Sign, post-hire, compliance) is completed on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification requirements.
