Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is seeking a Senior Behavior Therapist (Sr. BT) to deliver expert-level NDBI-based therapy for children with autism. The role includes mentorship, leadership, and collaboration under BCBA guidance, with opportunities to contribute to clinical quality initiatives.

Position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and a starting salary of $50k–$52k per year with full benefits. Growth and leadership development are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with at least one year of experience with children.
• Strong performance and fidelity record.
• Demonstrated understanding of NDBI principles and data collection.
• CPR, HIPAA, and Mandated Reporter training required.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized therapy plans using NDBI with BCBA guidance.
• Maintain 90% fidelity in intervention across three clients.
• Collect real-time data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
• Report progress to BCBAs and Clinical Directors.
• Lead peer mentorship and training for BT1–BT3 staff.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain a safe session environment.
