Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is hiring Behavior Therapists (BTs) to deliver evidence-based, 1-on-1 ABA therapy to children with Autism using the NDBI approach. RBT certification is required with paid training and supervision at our center-based locations.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required as a condition of employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children with Autism and growth in ABA.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework.
• Collect session data and communicate progress with supervisors.
• Assist with assessment procedures as directed.
• Maintain supervision and session documentation.
• Build positive relationships with children and families.
