ANNA Autism Care in Minnesota is seeking an experienced Senior Behavior Therapist (Sr. BT) to deliver expert-level NDBI therapy to children with Autism under BCBA guidance.

The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule, no evenings or weekends, and opportunities to mentor BT1–BT3 staff while supporting clinical quality initiatives. Compensation starts at $50,000 to $52,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least one year of experience with children.
• Strong fidelity record in behavioral services.
• Advanced understanding of NDBI principles and data collection.
• Leadership and peer mentorship abilities.
• CPR, HIPAA, and Mandated Reporter trainings completed; ANNA BT Training completed.

Responsabilidades

• Implement individualized NDBI-based therapy plans under BCBA guidance.
• Maintain high fidelity across multiple clients.
• Collect real-time client data using electronic systems.
• Communicate progress and trends to BCBAs and Directors.
• Lead peer mentorship and staff training initiatives.
• Assist with onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare therapy materials and manage session environments.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Participate in ongoing training and competency evaluations.
