Job summary

ANNA Autism Care seeks experienced Senior Behavior Therapists to deliver expert-level NDBI therapy to children with autism. You will coach BT1–BT3 staff, model clinical excellence, and support leadership initiatives under BCBA guidance.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay starting at $50,000 to $52,000, plus health, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and PTO. You will participate in training, supervision, and performance evaluations while advancing along ANNA's therapist

Qualifications

• Education: bachelor’s degree or high school diploma (or equivalent) with experience working with children.
• Experience: strong performance and fidelity record.
• Advanced clinical competence in NDBI principles and data collection; capable of independent work under BCBA guidance.
• Leadership and mentorship: ability to coach BT1–BT3 staff.
• Required: CPR, HIPAA, and Mandated Reporter training; ANNA BT Training Program completion.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized therapy plans using NDBI under BCBA guidance.
• Follow behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition protocols with high fidelity.
• Collect real-time data on client behavior and progress.
• Communicate progress and trends to BCBAs and team.
• Lead peer mentorship and staff training for BT1–BT3.
• Support onboarding and training for new employees.
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain a safe therapy environment.
• Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
