Job summary

ANNA Autism Care is seeking a Behavior Therapist (BT) to deliver 1-on-1 ABA therapy for children with autism using the NDBI approach. RBT certification is required, with ANNA providing training and covering certification costs, plus ongoing supervision.

The role offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with 25–35 hours per week in clinic-based settings across Massachusetts. Starting pay is $24–$26 per hour, plus a $400 retention bonus after 6 months.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required as a condition of employment (provided/training available by ANNA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with children and autism spectrum populations preferred
• Flexible, Monday–Friday availability 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Ability to perform physically active tasks (sit on the floor, crawl, lift up to 50 lbs)

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver play-based, child-centered therapy using the NDBI framework.
• Collect session data and report progress to supervisors.
• Assist BCBAs with assessments and supervision procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment.
• Build relationships with children and families and provide daily updates.
