Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Certified Behavior Technician (BACB) certification or in progress for RBT eligibility.
• CPR, First Aid, CPI or equivalent certifications preferred.
• OSHA, HIV, HIPAA training or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with children with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Implement programs under BCBA supervision and ensure program integrity.
• Teach socially acceptable replacement behaviors.
• Collect behavior data and progress notes.
• Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA.
• Assist in creating instructional materials and adapt as needed.
• Attend trainings and collaborate with the team to improve outcomes.
• Maintain safety and timely documentation of interventions.
