Job summary

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing ABA programs and reporting progress to supervising BCBA.

The role emphasizes direct client interaction, data collection, and collaboration with the Behavioral Services team to promote positive outcomes for children with autism and related disorders.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Certified Behavior Technician (RBT) or registered to take the RBT exam.
• CPI Crisis Prevention Intervention or equivalent certification.
• US citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid, and OSHA/HIV/HIPAA certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Implement feedback from BCBA for program integrity.
• Teach socially acceptable replacement behaviors.
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children with Autism and related disorders.
• Communicate client progress with supervising BCBA.
• Collect behavior data as specified in client behavior support plan.
• Document interventions and progress toward goals.
• Attend in-service trainings and related meetings.
• Desire to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
