Job summary

Early Autism Services LLC is seeking a motivated Behavior Technician (BT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2-11. You will follow treatment plans created by BCBAs and track progress with simple data collection.

Work in in-clinic, home, or community settings under close supervision by BCBA staff. This role offers paid training, strong support, and clear growth opportunities for hands-on experience in pediatric behavioral health.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, engaging 1:1 therapy with kids.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBAs.
• Track progress through simple data collection.
• Support children in clinic settings (sometimes in homes or the community).
• Communicate with families and your team.
• Attend ongoing training and supervision.
