Job summary

Infoblox in Tallahassee is seeking a Senior BDR Trainer and Program Manager to lead onboarding, enablement, and program execution for our BDR organization within the Global Business Development team.

You will drive onboarding, live and self-paced training, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Enablement, and Ops to scale prospecting quality, speed, and consistency. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in training or enablement are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales training or BDR enablement.
• Experience building onboarding programs and ongoing content.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing and operations.
• Proven ability to design scalable training and enablement programs.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead BDR onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Deliver live and self-paced training across core BDR workflows.
• Design scalable development programs for ramp and skills growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and enablement.
• Define KPIs and report progress in reviews.
