Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting or operations.
• Experience building and deploying internal tools and automated workflows for business users, including applications that use AI capabilities.
• Proficiency with SQL and Python, and experience working in a cloud-based analytics environment (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• A track record of identifying problems independently and proposing solutions, rather than working only from defined requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready materials and engaging senior stakeholders across functions.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.

Aufgaben

• Enable data-driven selling: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets to track performance, pipeline health, and revenue opportunities.
• Improve the tools BD already runs on: Extend current trackers and reduce manual effort and workarounds.
• Build tools that eliminate manual work: Design and own internal tools from problem definition through rollout and adoption.
• Originate new approaches to data: Identify new datasets and tooling ideas based on BD processes and gaps.
• Deliver research-backed briefs and present to leadership: Produce repeatable client and market research and share findings with executives.
• Level up the team: Mentor the BD operations team on tooling and analytical patterns.
• Represent BD with IT, Data, and AI: Translate needs into requirements and collaborate on platform standards and deployment.
