The Role

Reporting to the Director of Business Development Operations, the Senior Business Development Operations Analyst builds the systems that keep Suffolk's business development organization running. Pursuits need to be tracked, performance needs to be visible, and sellers should not be spending their time assembling information by hand. This is a builder's role: designing and shipping internal tools - many of them AI-enabled - that automate manual effort, extending the tools the organization already runs on, and putting better internal and external data in front of sellers and company leadership.

The role rewards initiative. Beyond responding to requests, the Senior Analyst is expected to spot where the organization is working harder than it needs to and bring forward ideas no one has asked for yet.
