Plantible Foods in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced commercial professional to own a named account list, drive revenue, and negotiate development agreements. You will report to the Head of Commercial Development and must have a proven track record closing deals in functional ingredients.

You will map customer formulations and cost structures, lead trials, quantify benefits, and translate value into compelling, scalable proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years with functional ingredients, including proteins, hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, enzymes or starches.
• Experience carrying a quota in an early-stage ingredient business.
• Technical degree in food science, chemical engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own a named account list, prospect, qualify, close, reorder.
• Map customer formulation and cost stack; direct application trials and interpret results.
• Drive BD and product innovations by aligning with customer requirements.
