Qualifications

• 5+ years with functional ingredients across confectionery, bakery or condiments.
• Proven record closing deals and growing revenue.
• Ability to carry a quota in an early-stage ingredient business.

Responsibilities

• Own a named account list and lead negotiations with customers.
• Map customer formulation requirements and direct application trials.
• Report weekly against sales targets and performance.
• Drive product and process improvements based on customer feedback.
