Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in technical sales, project management, or business development within environmental or geotechnical engineering.
• Working knowledge of soil mechanics and drilling methods (hollow-stem auger, mud rotary, core drilling, sonic drilling).

Responsibilities

• Client acquisition and relationship management with civil engineers, developers, and project managers.
• Identify regional growth opportunities across transportation, energy, and infrastructure markets.
• Coordinate with operations on capacity, drill-rig availability, and crew scheduling.
• Promote capabilities through conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Travel up to 75% to support client development and regional growth.
