Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Rocky Mountain region. This role focuses on new business development and expanding revenues in current and new markets, with travel as needed.

The candidate will build strategic relationships, pursue opportunities, and collaborate with operations to close deals in a fast-paced, private-equity-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in direct sales, ideally in industrial, technical, or environmental services.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering, Science or related field.
• CRM (Salesforce) and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new clients meeting Alliance’s prospect profiles.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers in the territory.
• Attend local, regional, and national trade shows to increase brand awareness.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on products, services, and Alliance differentiation.
• Collaborate with operations and technical teams to land opportunities.
