Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 3+ years of Business Development or commercial experience within biotech, pharma, CRO, or CDMO industries.
• Experience in Cell & Gene Therapy, viral vectors, plasmid DNA, biologics, or advanced therapies preferred.
• Demonstrated success in consultative technical sales and complex opportunity management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic territory growth plan for Cell & Gene Therapy CDMO services.
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across biotech, pharma, and academia.
• Build trusted relationships with scientific, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Provide consultative recommendations for Plasmid DNA, AAV, LVV, Process Development, Analytical Development, and GMP Manufacturing.
• Lead commercial discussions with SMEs, Technical Account Managers, and Operations teams.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and support contract execution.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast while achieving territory objectives.
• Monitor customer pipelines, funding activity, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Represent ProBio at conferences and partnering events.
• Share market intelligence with Commercial, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
