Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.
• 8+ years of experience engaging with senior executives at government agencies and major contractors.
• Experience with NOAA/NASA weather, environmental and Earth science markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Spectral Solutions initiatives and growth campaigns.
• Represent Spectral Solutions interests with segment growth initiatives.
• Identify new markets and opportunities for division campaigns.
• Develop campaigns for opportunity generation and capture teams.
• Travel up to 30% to support business needs and customer meetings.
