Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience; graduate degree with 2+ years; or 8+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of complex engineering projects from conception to delivery.
• Experience with systems engineering principles: requirements management, architecture design, integration, testing, and verification.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer mission needs to identify solution space and requirements gaps.
• Design and implement ground system enhancements through architecture solutions.
• Determine whether enhancements can be met with existing capabilities or require new designs.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to deploy ground solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on technologies and best practices.
• Generate system architecture views and decompose solutions into configuration items.
• Demonstrate broad and deep technical knowledge and engage SMEs as needed.
• Lead development of solutions addressing customer needs.
