Job summary

RTX's Mission Systems group in the United States seeks a Senior Manager of Business Development within the Emerging Capabilities team to pursue DoD S&T opportunities in DDIL environments, focusing on software-defined radios, waveforms, and system integration.

You will lead cross-functional teams, build customer relationships, craft win strategies, and travel up to 30%. A university degree and 7–10+ years of relevant experience with an active Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required
• Experience with U.S. military CONOPs related to multi-domain sensing and networking
• Experience in DoD acquisitions related to 6.2-6.4 funding
• Experience/Knowledge of communications in DDIL environments
