RTX is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer / ICT Lead to guide full lifecycle development across multiple contracts, ensuring costs, schedule and technical requirements are met. This role involves coordinating with project managers, leading engineering teams, and driving product strategy and customer engagements.

The position requires a STEM degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, plus strong leadership in defense-related software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum 8 years in software engineering leadership and project management.
• Experience in telecommunications, data/wireless communications, or DSP domains.
• Ability to lead across the full systems lifecycle and programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead full product development lifecycle across multiple contracts.
• Ensure costs, schedule, and technical requirements are met.
• Participate in reviews of new work products and enhancements.
