Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Applied Signal Technology in Salt Lake City, onsite. You will lead complex DoD/IC programs, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with customers and engineering teams to deliver mission‑critical solutions.

You must have 10+ years in defense/IC program management, experience with RF systems, and a track record of presenting to senior leadership. Domestic travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 10+ years in defense/IC program management.
• Experience overseeing complex technical programs to meet contract deliverables.
• Experience with RF systems including antennas, amplifiers, and modems, and hardware/software integration.
• Experience leading engineering teams and presenting to large groups.
• Experience writing monthly program and status reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a dynamic, mission‑driven program to meet customer objectives.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and risks to deliver on time and within scope.
• Represent RTX in customer engagements and lead cross‑functional teams.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for contract growth and technology advancement.
• Travel domestically up to 25% to customer/RTX locations.
