Job summary

FNBO is seeking an energized sales professional to build and grow our card personalization business. This role will drive direct sales and expand the business through multi-channel partnerships, with a focus on delivering results across markets.

You will lead the full sales cycle from outreach to close, develop a robust pipeline, and collaborate with production, operations and product teams. Remote work is supported with travel to meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, with card/financial industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Strong ability to sell to card issuers and corporate prospects, build relationships, and drive profitable growth.
• Frequent travel approximately 30%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation and relationship-building activities.
• Identify and pursue opportunities that show fit, scale, and strategic alignment.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation and close.
• Aim to exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Conduct direct sales at trade shows and industry conferences to generate leads.
