Job summary

FNBO is seeking an energized sales professional to build and grow our card personalization business. You will lead direct sales, manage partnerships, and drive revenue through multi-channel strategies.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in business development or sales within financial services, a strong network, and a track record of negotiating partnerships. Travel ~30% and remote work are supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in card/financial services.
• Strong ability to sell to qualified card issuers and corporate prospects, build external and internal relationships, and drive long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through market evaluation, outreach, and relationship-building.
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Achieve or exceed annual new client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to generate leads and expand referrals.
