L3Harris Technologies in Huntsville, AL seeks a Lead, Business Development to grow the Counter-UAS portfolio with domestic DoW and homeland customers. The role owns customer relationships, opportunity identification, and shaping for the ForceX and C-UAS lines within the Targeting and Sensor Systems sector.

The ideal candidate has extensive defense capture experience, active Secret clearance, and the ability to travel more than half the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Active Secret level security clearance

Responsabilités

• Identify, shape and qualify new C-UAS opportunities for the assigned customer set, with the objective of increasing orders, sales and revenue.
• Own account management and relationships with new and existing customers, and proactively build contacts across government, prime and industry partners.
• Develop and maintain the opportunity pipeline in the L3Harris Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Frame Price-to-Win, PWin and key discriminators for each pursuit and support business cases and phase gate reviews.
• Deliver qualified pursuits to the capture and proposal organization through the common capture process and stay engaged on customer relationships through award.
• Must be available to travel at least >50% of the year
