Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Head of Sales for Roofing to own our largest multi-location deals, from first meeting with ownership to signed contracts. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, and remote work across the USA or Canada.

You will close complex deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, managing 3–12 month cycles and expanding locations and services as groups sign.

Qualifications

• Record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into roofing groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

About The Role

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency running websites, SEO and paid media for roofing contractors operating across several markets. As Head of Sales for Roofing, you own our largest multi-location roofing deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract. One win covers many locations, so each deal is large, multi-stakeholder and worth the work. Our sales development team and inbound put qualified meetings with these groups on your calendar, so your time goes to closing.

The seat

• $2M annual quota, carried on a small number of large accounts.
• Leads fed to you: meetings with roofing contractors operating across several markets, booked by our sales development team or inbound.
• No management. No team to build, hire or run.
• Strategic accounts: multi-market roofing contractors with many locations, where one signed deal covers the whole group and opens the next.

What You Will Own
