Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in architecture/engineering consulting or AE design services.
• Self-starter requiring limited oversight.
• Ability to give high-level presentations to internal and external groups.
• Effective team building and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical expertise to generate new opportunities via presentations, meetings, interviews, and thought leadership.
• Collaborate with national and regional leadership to identify growth strategies for CO.
• Motivate and train project managers and contributors to expand networks and grow the business.
• Attend client meetings, events, and conferences to build new relationships.
• Use your network to generate partnerships and opportunities.
• Support national BD efforts, strengthen partnerships and clients across the country.
• Provide leadership and assist with client care efforts.
• Qualify pursuits and evaluate their impact on prospects; set priorities.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and presenting project proposals.
• Assist in creative development of collateral within branding initiatives.
• Develop and review key performance indicators.
• Ensure leads are captured in CRM and reported as part of pipeline.
