Farnsworth Group seeks an entrepreneurial Sr. Architectural Manager and Principal/Associate Principal to drive growth of the Healthcare practice.

You will lead an experienced team across multiple offices, advancing market presence, coordinating with architecture, engineering, marketing, and business development, and mentoring staff nationwide. The role emphasizes client leadership, strategic planning, and regional growth initiatives within a nationally recognized firm known for its Great Place

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Licensed/Registered Architect in Illinois or Missouri; NCARB preferred.
• 20+ years of experience in architectural design and planning of facilities.
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead design of key healthcare projects across the firm, collaborating with architecture, engineering, business development and marketing teams.
• Support healthcare market strategy to expand Farnsworth Group’s healthcare studio.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective clients; assist in proposals and presentations.
• Mentor mid/senior level healthcare staff across the country.
• Contribute to defining and guiding the regional strategic plan.
