Job summary

Farnsworth Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Architect to lead multidisciplinary teams from design through construction across municipal, commercial, and higher education markets.

You’ll build strong client relationships while contributing to marketing, business development, and a diverse project portfolio. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture (Masters preferred), 10+ years of experience, and proficiency in Revit with familiarity in Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program. Masters preferred.
• Registered Architect (NCARB preferred, but not required).
• 10+ years of architectural design and planning experience in core markets.
• Proven project management and supervisory experience; ability to develop new clients and maintain relationships.
• Proficient in Revit and experience with Enscape, Lumion, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams from design through construction.
• Manage project documentation and deliverables, QA, and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary coordination with consultants.
• Communicate with clients on project technical matters and regulatory reviews.
• Oversee construction contract administration: submittals, RFIs, field observations, closeout.
• Support project marketing pursuits, proposals, and interviews.
