Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise evidence-based ABA treatment for children aged birth to 12 in Cypress, TX, with collaboration across Speech, OT, and PT teams. You will design treatment plans, oversee service delivery, and guide RBTs to ensure exemplary patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility is required.
• Ability to develop and oversee evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with developmental/behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies for client progress.
• Provide supervision and guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with BCBA colleagues and multidisciplinary team members.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists for comprehensive care.
• Maintain high clinical quality and ethical standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with ABA research.
