Qualifications

• BCBA certification required; ability to supervise RBTs.
• Develop and oversee evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Analyze clinical data to adjust strategies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with developmental needs.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment to maximize progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide RBTs.
• Collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethics.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and ABA research.
