Job summary

RESTORE ABA & SPEECH THERAPY LLC in Cypress, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Qualified Behavior Analyst to develop and implement ABA-based treatment plans for children and families in a supportive team setting. Join our Cypress team to supervise RBTs, train families on behavior management techniques, and collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification and state licensure as required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of ABA therapy experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other team members.
• Provide training and support to families on behavior management techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with best practices and research in ABA.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
