Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. in Katy, TX is seeking a BCBA to lead and supervise ABA programs for children birth through age 12. You will develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans, deliver clinic-based ABA services, analyze data, and guide RBTs.

Collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists, uphold ethical standards, stay current with ABA research, and drive ongoing professional development in a supportive clinical community.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Experience supervising RBTs.
• Experience with evidence-based ABA techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with varying developmental/behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to RBTs.
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research.
