Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical ABA services for children from birth to age 12 in our Katy, TX clinic.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with across disciplines to improve communication, social skills, and independence. Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required for the role.
• Experience supervising RBTs is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and treatment planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with developmental needs.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize progress.
• Supervise, mentor, and guide Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists for holistic care.
• Maintain high clinical quality and ethical standards.
• Stay current on ABA research and best practices.
