Job summary

Reliant ABA Therapy, Inc. in Katy, TX, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise evidence-based ABA services for children from birth to age 12.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, analyze progress data, and collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support holistic care. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, supervision of RBTs, ongoing professional development, and a supportive, clinician-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to supervise RBTs.
• Experience developing evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Ability to collaborate with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinic-based ABA services to children with developmental and behavioral needs.
• Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies to maximize client progress.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and clinical guidance to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with fellow BCBAs and multidisciplinary clinical team.
• Partner with Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapists to support comprehensive client care.
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality and ethical practice.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and stay current on ABA research and best practices.
