Job summary

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Lead BCBA to supervise ABA treatment for children on the autism spectrum in both center and home settings. This full-time, permanent role focuses on high-quality care, staff supervision, and collaboration with families and other providers.

The Lead BCBA will oversee assessments, program modifications, progress monitoring, and insurance coordination, ensuring compliance with standards of care and funding requirements.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification or state license and meet state requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with autism in home or clinic settings.
• Strong supervision, collaboration, and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ABA treatment services across center and home-based programs.
• Ensure standards of care and compliance with state/insurance guidelines.
• Provide training, supervision, and development of clinical staff.
• Generate reports, reviews, and forms to secure funding for services.
• Collaborate with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
