Job summary

Brightview Care in Kentucky is seeking a Clinical Director to provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to a team of BCBAs while maintaining a reduced caseload. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, timely documentation, and effective problem solving across assigned cases.

You will lead BCBA supervision, drive compliance and training, and collaborate with leadership to maintain clinical excellence and staff development.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• At least 2 years' experience in a BCBA role.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to BCBAs.
• Review and approve treatment plans, assessments, and documentation for quality and accuracy.
• Lead supervision, check-ins, and real-time guidance during business hours.
• Monitor compliance, timeliness, and escalation of issues as needed.
• Foster collaboration, training, and professional development within the BCBA team.
• Represent clinical leadership in meetings and coordinate with the Clinical Director.
