Job summary

Brightview Care is seeking a BCaBA to assess client needs, develop and oversee behavior intervention plans, and lead the clinical direction for ABA services under supervision. You will support and mentor Behavioral Technicians while fostering strong relationships with families, delivering in-home and clinic-based care.

The role involves supervising staff, coordinating data-driven treatment, and ensuring ethical, compliant services across settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCaBA certification in good standing.
• Experience developing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise clinical staff effectively.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work in clients’ homes.
• Familiarity with ABA billing platforms (e.g., Central Reach).
• Bilingual abilities (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.
• Develop and adjust individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTs.
• Analyze data and implement treatment modifications as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization and consistency.
• Ensure treatment complies with ethical, clinical, and funding guidelines.
