Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC in Kentucky seeks a Lead Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee ABA programs for a team of technicians and clients. You'll develop treatment plans, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care in a center-based setting.

This leadership role offers a guaranteed base of 105,000 USD with quarterly bonuses that can add up to 40,000 annually. You’ll work with 7–8 staff, manage scheduling, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to maintain accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required with supervision experience.
• Must be licensed in Maryland or actively pursuing licensure; MD licensure preferred for Kentucky role.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for a team of technicians and clients.
• Develop treatment plans and ensure evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs and staff; conduct family trainings.
• Coordinate with Clinical Director and QA to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Lead weekly therapy room meetings and ensure BACB standards compliance.
