Associates in Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise behavioral intervention plans across settings in Kentucky. You will mentor RBTs/BCaBAs, develop care plans, and document progress to support outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution in related field.
• Current, unrestricted BCBA certification.
• Active KY state license as an Applied Behavior Analyst.
• One year of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and supervision of behavioral intervention plans across settings.
• Provide guidance to RBTs and BCaBAs; supervision and training of staff.
• Develop and revise behavior plans; ensure quality documentation and billing.
• Coordinate resources and support for patients and families.
