Brightview Care is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a team of BCBAs, providing clinical oversight and mentorship while maintaining a reduced caseload. The role focuses on high-quality service delivery, timely documentation, and effective problem solving across assigned cases.

The Clinical Director will supervise, coach, and support BCBAs, conduct regular check-ins, ensure compliance, and collaborate with leadership to promote clinical excellence and staff development within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• At least 2 years' experience in a BCBA role.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and support a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to BCBAs.
• Review and approve treatment plans, reassessments, and clinical documentation.
• Ensure timely documentation and high-quality service delivery.
• Monitor caseloads, timelines, and compliance with company standards.
• Lead structured check-ins and provide actionable feedback to staff.
• Escalate complex issues when needed and coordinate with Clinical Director.
