Autism Care Partners is seeking a Senior BCBA in Holyoke, MA to lead clinical and operational aspects of ABA programs for children and families. You will supervise RBTs, train staff, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality, data-driven treatment plans and consistent program fidelity.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA or related field and BCBA certification, with supervision of staff and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification (and LBA/LABA where required by state).
• Experience supervising staff and collaborating with clinicians.

Aufgaben

• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for insurance authorizations.
• Conduct VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R assessments.
• Perform FBAs and create behavior support plans.
• Supervise direct staff on treatment goals and fidelity.
• Oversee data collection and attend weekly meetings.
• Provide parent training and support.
