Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and MA LABA licensure.
• Minimum of two years' experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.

Responsibilities

• Upholds and complies with safety programs and policies for a safe work environment.
• Assist in development and implementation of staff training programs.
• Supervise staff within the ABA Program.
• Develop individual student curricula and measurement systems.
• Provide parent trainings to aid families with treatment carryover.
• Complete assessments, develop treatment reports, and plan interventions.
• Maintain licensure and continuing education requirements.
