Autism Care Partners seeks a Senior BCBA to provide clinical and operational leadership at our Holyoke center. You will supervise staff, design and renew treatment plans, and ensure fidelity to behavioral protocols while supporting families and clinicians.

The role involves coordinating with the Clinical Director, conducting assessments, and training RBTs to deliver effective ABA services. Strong collaboration and a commitment to exceptional care are essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification and state licensure where required.
• Experience supervising staff and RBTs is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide supervision and instruction to staff on treatment program implementation.
• Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for insurance authorizations.
• Conduct initial skill assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R).
• Supervise RBTs and ensure fidelity of treatment plans.
• Attend weekly meetings and provide parent training and support.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director on program planning and oversight.

Educación

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCBA certification

LBA/LABA licensure (where required)
